Rupali Sharma is a dedicated and compassionate Child Development Professional with a strong foundation in education, psychology, and special needs intervention. With over 15 years of experience in the education and child development space, she brings a rare combination of classroom expertise, therapeutic understanding, and leadership capability to her work with children and families.
She currently leads the Divit Child Development Centre in Meerut as Center Head and serves as the Director & CEO of Panksh CARE, Meerut, where she is actively building inclusive early learning and intervention ecosystems. She is also the Director of Twin Hearts Services, further strengthening her commitment to holistic child and family support.
Rupali holds a Life Skills Trainer Certification from Asha Sidd Academy (Bangalore, 2021) and has completed an Intensive Training Program in Learning Disabilities from St. Teresaβs College, Ernakulam (in collaboration with Sens Able Child). She also holds a Diploma in Special Education from GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, a B.Ed., an NTT certification, and postgraduate degrees in Sociology and Psychology, providing her with a comprehensive academic and practical foundation.
She is known for her patient, empathetic, and child-centric approach, ensuring that every child receives personalized attention and the opportunity to grow at their own pace. Her ability to work closely with parents empowers families to actively participate in their childβs developmental journey.
