With a background in Human Resource Development and hands-on experience in early childhood care, she is deeply committed to supporting children in their developmental journey.
As the Centre Head at Panksh CARE, Delhi, Parul works towards creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels supported and valued. She also serves as the Director of Little Steps Care Services, where her focus remains on providing early intervention and quality care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Her experience as a Shadow Teacher and training in Early Child Intervention have given her practical insight into working closely with children who require extra support. She combines this with her academic foundation in PGHRD, allowing her to understand both the emotional and developmental needs of children and families.
