Rajeswari Raj is an RCI-registered Rehabilitation Counsellor and Consultant Child Psychologist with clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health. She specialises in neurodevelopmental and behavioural assessments, with a strong focus on ADHD, emotional and behavioural concerns, parent counselling, and child-specific intervention planning.
She has experience working in child development centre settings and has independently conducted psychological assessments for children with emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental concerns. Her work includes administering and interpreting standardised assessment tools such as ISAA, Conners, ADHD Rating Scales, CBCL, developmental screeners, and selected MISIC subtests.
Rajeswari has also received clinical exposure at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where she participated in multidisciplinary assessment and treatment planning. She has worked closely with paediatric physiotherapists, special educators, behaviour therapists, and other professionals for collaborative care planning.
She is a Gold Medallist in M.A. Psychology Counselling from Mizoram University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology, with a research focus on ADHD in females, developmental trajectories, and non-pharmacological interventions.
