Lucy Chingsannemi is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in child guidance, psychological assessment, counselling, and mental health support. She holds an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology from Mizoram University.

She has worked as a Clinical Psychologist at the Child Guidance Centre under the Mizoram State Child Protection Society, Women & Child Development, Social Welfare Department, Government of Mizoram. She is also associated as a Visiting Clinical Psychologist with Govt. Hrangbana College and Wellheard Multispecialty Rehabilitation.

Lucy has received specialised clinical exposure through her posting at the Neuropsychology Unit, Department of Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS, Bengaluru. Her professional experience includes child guidance, psychological assessment, counselling, psychoeducation, stress management, and mental health awareness.

She has participated in several workshops, seminars, and conferences related to child and adolescent mental health, cognitive behavioural therapy, stress management, suicide prevention, addiction psychiatry, neuropsychology, and psychological assessment. She has also served as a resource person for sessions on managing stress and relaxation techniques.

At Panksh CARE, Lucy supports children, adolescents, families, and centres through clinical consultation, psychological assessment, counselling support, parent guidance, case discussion, and mental health-related intervention planning.
