Dr. Ankita Rastogi is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of progressive clinical experience across hospitals, clinics, schools, and community-based settings. She specialises in paediatric rehabilitation and has worked extensively with children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Down Syndrome, and Learning Disabilities.
Her clinical work focuses on helping children improve independence, sensory regulation, motor skills, functional participation, handwriting readiness, and daily living skills. She has expertise in conducting occupational therapy assessments, designing individualised therapy programmes, preparing structured documentation, and guiding parents and caregivers through home-based support strategies.
Dr. Ankita has served as a school-based Occupational Therapy Consultant for Green Ribbon International School, Nehru World School, and Parevartan School. She has also been associated as Consultant Head at ABHIVYAKTI and has contributed to teacher training workshops, inclusive practice support, and multidisciplinary care planning.
She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Delhi University, where she secured 2nd University Rank, and has also completed an M.A. in Psychology from IGNOU. She has further pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia. Her certifications include Sensory Integration Praxis Therapist from USC, USA, Certified Handwriting Expert, Learning Difficulties Management, Handwriting Without Tears, and Yoga certification.
